Just so theres no confusion or debate, I consider 40-60 powerplays the start of the second half. A try on the stroke of halftime may technically be the 40th minute, but not for this comp.

crap. i feel like i need to have a lawyers degree for these rules. In the example i did it 1-20 etc. but there is no reason why you cant go 10-30. 30-50. If anyone wants to make late changes before game 1 starts, thats fine by me.
