A great initiative, but needs better promotion. It will be interesting to see what the crowds are like.

They might have got a half decent crowd I'm Tamworth if it was a day game. But because its the opening of the new ground they probably want to show off the new lights. So most people will probably give it a miss and just go to the group 4 game in the afternoon.

If they want to play NRL they need to throw handbags not punches. Someone's mum might be watching.

It's a fantastic concept if given the right promotion in the towns and in the media. I went down to Goulburn for Wests vs Illawarra and it was a brilliant day out (not the result I wanted but still). There would have been around 200 people there, which did make it feel empty and flat but with better promotion I think you'd get a lot more going along.
