Since the Tasmanian game last year (9 FC inc 2 tests) Smith has taken 27 wickets @ 29.89. It's not quite Warne, but those are pretty handy numbers for a young leggie who is generally the 2nd spinner in the side. He'll only get better.

Bloody Hughesy on the other hand may have played himself out of the test side.
