NZ coaches - where are they?

Tony Iro had that run as caretaker coach and seemed to he pretty popular amongst the players.

Willie Poching has been an assistant coach in Super League for almost ten years.

I just think it's the lack of chances in New Zealand.

Poching, Iro, Kidwell...none of those guys are standouts for me because they havent coached an NRL or ESL top side to a championship. We keep getting these coaches that haven't had the success that can earn them the title 'proven coach'. When the doco came out about the 2008 RLWC Kiwis win, half of that doco was about Wayne Bennetts influence.

Ive had it with kiwi coaches for our kiwi side.
