here is an email from David Robles i got today

Hi,

The AUS street date is the 12th. Some stores may have it by the 11th so
in reality NZ and AUS get it the same time.

NZ is 3 hours ahead of us and that means technically they still get it
first because the shops will open 3 hours before they do in AUS. This I
cannot do anything about unless I try and change all International Time
Zones
