Its no different to when myself and @Bazal round up all of our colleagues on a Friday evening and get on the sauce. It often ends in us all jumping up and down on a whale in the name of 'research'. Baz insists we take our pants off.

Yeah but that's because all that blubber makes the whale a giant trampoline.

And besides, you never actually have your pants on...

lol

If you have ever actually been part of the poznan, it is basically a bunch of people turning around and bouncing up and down. People don't actually jump, they just bounce up and down without lifting heir feet. Who the f**k has the energy or fitness to actually jump up and down for a whole minute !! f**k that !

I agree with Suit - what a ridiculous study.

Nah I’ve never been apart of it lol.
Even if not everybody does not jump don’t tell me they all don’t because I’ve seen it.
Jumping or bouncing it’s still a lot of weight shifting. I’m no engineer, but blokes that were wanted to investigate further.

Agreed. It is completely sensible to do some simple monitoring.

Yup.
At the end of the day, if there is a potential hazard that could affect the public’s safety, you just have to sort it out and conclude that it’s a non issue or it’s safe etc.

What would be worse is if they just said, “ok, you all can’t do the poznan anymore because it could be bad for the stadium ok!” Then everyone would blow up and say do the tests and sort it out! Lol.

They could just request that everyone not jump at exactly the same time.Look at the person beside you - if they are up - you should be down.

This might be a question suited for Suity (see what I did there? HA), but from this image, it appears that the furthest side of the stadium along the touch line, is on the same side as the old Mick Cronin Stand. Is that correct?

I also assume that on that side, that the lower tier is the only non corporate seating for that stand?

Nah mate. That corporate side is the old Thornett (western) side.
Not sure what they'll do with the lower tier on that side yet but I believe it has some pretty flash facilities.

Damn, that's frustrating. (also, that illustration appears to be a bit deceiving as the sun indicates that it's about 10am. No way would a game be played that early.

I used to sit on the Thornett side as it was always out of the sun. Very frustrating.

Agree ... i sat on the western side and liked that there was no sun in your face.

It won't change. The new stadium will have more roof coverage than the old one.
