How's about a good couple of games of touch between different groups of Sharks legends, say a 60s/70s group v an 80s group, then a 90s group vs a 2000s group, have a few rock bands / singers from within the Sharks fandom community, no shortage there, and make beers $5 a pop ? Further revenue opportunities through sales of exclusive Gal and Lewie merchandise, jumping castles and pony rides for the kids. You could even set up a boxing ring where punters could have a few minutes sparring with Gal at say $30.

I dont like the idea of testimonial games where someone could get injured.
