Curtis Scott gets two weeks. Im happy with that. The penalty is a reflection on Walker being an asshole
He got 28 points discount for the send off, 1 per minute. Koroisau didn't get a discount for his 8 minutes in the bin, though.

Ref porn? I don't think it will gain traction.

Yes, yes it should be
In fact that's what cheerleaders should be there for

Thats what they are there for, you just have to use a bit of imagination.

What if we throw in a Steve Roach striptease and give away free copies of Wayne Bennet's sex tape One Night in a Bronco?

My team lost last weekend, but I was mightily entertained - there was only mild agro involved

I have watched dreary, dull, plodathons where we won and I wanted to neck myself I was so bored
A large dose of biffo would make a dull game far more entertaining

Is not watching football all about being entertained by your team playing an exciting style of football and hopefully winning? If you want violence you can always watcch boxing or something similar.

True but that first sentence does not describe most games these days! The storm game was a bludger until the fight.

I'd say it was a tense battle but your a west coast eagles fan so you wouldn't get it

If you want a tense battle (ie loads of dropped balls, penalties and little attacking flair on display) go watch soccer. Now the Brisbane match was outstanding. If we could bottle it and make every NRL game like it we would take over the world!

I'm not gay so I'll stay away from soccer and the endless riots the boredom of watching it causes

I think what would make the game a bit more exciting would be a change to the knock on rules.
If the attacking teams knocks on (or forward passes) but then recovers the ball they should keep possession of the ball but lose territory (maybe 15 metres from the point of the knock on).
I think this would make the scramble for a dropped ball more exciting (way more exciting than a scrum) and it would both allow and force teams to be more attacking to create their own opportunities inside the red zone.

The NFL seems to be the only sport on planet Earth pragmatic enough to admit that the Biff is actually good for their game..

I guess though in freezing cold Canada and USA there isn't many mum's fretting about their kid playing hockey
