Poor Kevvie has lowered himself by biting back at Maloney's barb about the QLD faithful being ..... well.... bloody unfaithful and not turning up for the game. Says they are a fickle bunch that pretend to be 'loyal' but when the going gets tough..... they don't turn up.

God help Kevvie if NSW win this decider....... he'll need a hell of a lot of support to deal with the disaster for the next 12 months.

Freddie calling out Cam Smith for retiring when the going got tough. I always liked Freddie and I'm gaining a whole new level of respect for him (and when I used to give a shit about Origin I supported QLD)

Smith chose to retire at a time when he knew JT and Cronk were gone and that side sorely needed stability and senior leadership for at least another year. But he saw the writing on the wall. Possibly the greatest ever to play the game but truly soft on in exposing QLD further.

Smith saw it early as he often does on the field. Got out when it looked a bit tough rather than transition in generation next.

Billy stuck around for game 1 and then pulled out at last minute. Announces retirement pre game 2 when the writing was on the wall making it all about himself. Doubt he will play game 3.

Captain Courageous hurts his pinky today and pulls out to avoid a personal whitewash as captain. If they were 2 nil up or the series was 1 all, would this happen?

The irony is if JT had not retired last year he would have been automatically picked this year when he would not even dominate ISP and Qld would have been thumped in both games. Yet all the 2 heads can talk about is how bad Ben Hunt is going.

No one should have to pay a small fortune to go and watch dumb overpaid footballers. Especially when it’s on free to air TV. Ticket prices pretty much doubled a few years ago. $200 for a half decent seat made of plastic. Get f**ked!
