Here's one for comment. No one, including a lot of the players, seem to know when a quick tap is allowed. Maybe we could have the refs whistle and signal the penalty slightly differently so everyone knows it's on.

PS: It would help if the commentators knew the rules and didn’t have an agenda but let’s not hang by our balls waiting for that.

It's perfectly clear as it is. You can't take a quick tap from an offside penalty or within 10 metres of your opponent's goal line.

Maybe people should learn the rules better.
