Hi I'm in a strength training phase for rock climbing at the moment, I was wondering how many rest days are best for putting on lean muscle/getting stronger. I'm doing specific training (campus board/finger board/pullups and frenchies) which are a bit obscure, but essentially I don't want to bulk up too much but still want some increase in muscle mass. Any other strength tips welcome!
