Both of those points are major issues.
1. Conversion rate of pressure into points is very poor. Always has been. Even in 2016. Difference in 2016 was that Barba could create something and Holmes could finish. Those cheap points made us a much more dangerous side. Should have been up 20+ nil at half time with all the ball and field position.
2. The difference between our best and worst is far too great. First half was controlled, second half pathetic. Ennis was a major difference here as he kept the standards high. There is something missing with the senior players at the moment.
The spine is not working. it was always going to take Moylan time to settle but the other three don't do enough. Brailey isn't any threat and is playing too many minutes. Chad doesn't create enough with this structure. Dugan and Holmes don't create for others. Dugan was much more solid but he is not a creative force like Barba. Holmes should just sign with the cows and be done with it.
