Come off it... and pocock was far from being alone in that... the wannabies got away with murder, it wasnt until the second half that the boks tried the same thing... it wasnt Pocock who reefed the ball back while on the ground on the wannabies tryline... had the ref done his job then the boks would have been up by 20 at half time.

If the ref had 'done his job' then the Wallabies would have been playing with a different gameplan.

The simple fact is the boks were robbed... the only good thing is that now the All Blacks have a slightly easier semi final than they would have.

This is pretty much half of what he's blown in the previous games. Someone has been telling the refs what to do at the breakdown. The Aussies knew Lawrence was shit at policing the breakdown and took advantage of it. The Boks, after their fetcher (they do come in useful, you know) went off the field injured had no answer or gameplan.

Simple. This weekend will be a tight game.

Apart from the non policing of the ruck??? the blatent hand at the bottom of the ruck knocking the ball back to the wanabies when the boks were on attack ON the wannabies try line... the "forward pass" that wasnt calling back a bok try... the amount of ruck infringments that should have been called up on in the wannabies 22... that is robbed.

It would have been a penalty to the Wannabies.. except the pass was forward thats what the scrum was awarded for... besides its debatable wether it was intentionally trying to knock the ball down..you actually have to swing your arm down to be breaking the rules.. its why Smit shouldnt have been bined in the Samoa game... and Burger had to do something when Pocock was cheating.. had the ref done his job there wouldnt have been a need to... he shouldnt have used his fingers tho.. he should have used his boots... but sadly rucking is long been outlawed.

Damn right it should have been a penalty... Pocock, going in and not staying on his feet holding his own weight, not allowing the bok player to place the ball... had pocock been playing by the rules then Burger wouldnt have needed to get him off the Bok player.

You might actually want to watch it instead of just listening to the commentary... there isnt any time where he didnt release the player.. he was pinged for hands and offside... both times Marshall blames mccaw for not releasing the tackled player he isnt even the tackler!!!
