Starc hasnt bowl well since. Starc and Hazlewood both been punished a bit.

Looks like a loss (although we're a shit OD team anyway), but at least Khawaja hit a ton and Hughes, depsite batting poorly, got himself to 96

It was bizarre. The whole Blues innings, you were waiting for them to get into 5th gear.

They never did. The whole innings was like the 15th-30th over. All building, no acceleration.

The side has always struggled after the openers leave. Really isn't any notable big hitter down the order and without Warner at the top we don't have the player to get us off to a flyer either. Smith can kinda of play that role if he gets in.

Our bowling has always been a bit suspect in this format without our Aussie stars even though they do well in the other formats.
