Yes, but that doesn't mean changes shouldn't be made. It's not a problem that didn't exist before last week. And imagine if Matt Scott, Ben Hannant & John Asiata were available last week?

Sipley is sitting in reserve grade, for a start, while Lisone continues on his error/penalty spree. That's 10 combined in his last 5 matches now, in just 165 minutes of game time.
Yeah they dominated without some key components of their pack, Granville cancels Luke I guess

His spot should be Sipley's all day long.

Sipley has no VO2 so won't last a game. Best team selection except (IMO) put TL to hooker, Ata in the halves and drop Gavet for Bunty (his speed of the ground and football smarts is superior).

And why doesn't he? Is he outrageously lazy? Or is it that our coach hasn't given him game time, therefore isn't up to NRL standard yet - when he's had ample opportunity to? Or are our fitness staff to blame?

Hingano or Hingaro? Let's get it nailed down if he's gonna have a long career with us.

As for the rest of the season, I'm reasonably confident, with the right motivation, that we will beat both the Tigs and Eels. Ditto the Cows beating the Titans.

It's the Titans against the Panthers that I'm not sure about, so that's the biggie, ay?

Injury has curtailed his ability to get the mileage in his legs and lungs. He probably passes all the strength and power KPI's but doesn't have that "Mannering" base when needed. Hopefully it will come.

Interesting - but given that we're playing 3 80-minute guys in the pack, kind of irrelevant. We don't need huge minutes out of each of our bench.. essentially we have 160 minutes of game time to spread between 5 players (the starting props and 3 of the bench). Two of those players are Jacob Lillyman & Ben Matulino, which takes up around 100 of those minutes (45ish and 55ish respectively), and Vete who is averaging a little over 30 minutes this year...

We're doing something that can hurt us in some ways by not playing a genuine go-forward middle at 13, and we're not taking the advantages that it presents. There's just no joined-up thinking at all. Hardly limited to just the pack either... the whole team across the whole season has been a mess in that respect.

You are correct, you don’t need huge minutes from your bench but you would expect the quality they delivery in their performance would have to be greater than those who they have replaced, hence the ability to sustain effort at a greater intensity. So if you do not have the base fitness to sustain intensity, power and concentration then your place on the bench should give to those who can.

I gave up on all hope of seeing Sipley in the FG impact player role when Lolohea and then Ayshford were selected on the bench.

I'd like to see us midfield bomb it a metre out from the line for Fusitua against Nofoluma.

Rankins out of form and hes our go to guy. Lets obliterate his confidence and give em a nightmare game.

Naiqama one on one with any of our loose forward trio will stuggle based on Yeos for the Panthers try last week. Definite off-load there at least.

I dont see us losing to these guys but then again, I felt the same with the Souths game.

Grand final every week.

Yep, the big boys are coming out to play... we're mid-season heroes.

If Cronulla are the real deal, they'd be wanting to make a statement this weekend too - Broncos back in it, with Cowboys and Storm, perhaps Cronulla, and Dogs/Raiders the smokies. Canberra will miss Austin...

We're the Warriors. The results will fall our way. We'll murder the Tigers and then shit our pants in the second half against a bunch of cheats with not a single player you can name, with the season on the line.
