Agreed. However they aren't pros, so Iro moving on might make for an issue.

Am I missing something or is Elliott doing a reasonable job setting up structure and getting coach staff for 2013.

I don't hear a lot other than online about the Warriors and not reading too many negative things about they way he is going about it... That or everyone has given up for 2013 and anything above 16th place will be considered a good season

Agree with you. So far so good.
He is doing the right thing and, going by the clip on TV3 last night, the training sessions are pretty intense.

I'm glad to hear training is intense, that and defence were sorely missing last season.
