Brett Finch for coming on our debate page and boasting that the Roosters would thrash us by 50.

are you serious?
quick link me!

Yep, it was the day of the first game Vs the Roosters at the SFS. It's long since dropped off the debate page now though.

we seem to have forgotten about the video referees and their consistent shitty performances.
and the bulldogs fans.

Yep. Eddie Ward's "performance" in the Dragons v Panthers game was an absolute shocker... award 2 Dragons tries that were clearly not that, and disallow a perfectly legal Priddis try.

And then Robert Finch coming out the next day, saying that Ward did nothing wrong.

Winning the grand final and still moaning about referee decisions from months ago?
Every team cops a raw deal occasionally, be happy that it was just one match that you can recall. Btw, I agree about the Priddis try but both Saints tries were legit.

Chris Anderson wins it hands down for his blabbering about "winning culture" and his all-round bad coaching.

Anderson needs to be replaced as Kangaroo coach. Kimmorley will play halfback against the Kiwis he's allready said. I hope Aussie loses the ashes and he loses his job. Let's get some Raiders in there!!!

It's become very clear what Gower & Orford would have to do to get the Number Seven jersey for the Kangaroos. I don't think their wives or girlfriends would approve.

People have been saying that the withdrawls of some "marginally" injured players has "cheapened" the Kangaroos jersery but Anderson's favouritism has been far more damaging.

Cheers,
Ben S.

my thoughts exactly. even with the injuries we are better than any nation! everyone knows that. but rorting players of wearing the green and gold just isnt on! kimmorley would be the first person to admit he doesnt deserve to be there! anderson is a f**king wanker. he wont coach the sharks next season and he wont coach australia ever again. GOOD RIDDANCE.

Having said that, what Willie Mason is doing in the squad I'll never know. Steven Price was pretty much the form prop of the season & got over-looked...

The selectors, in general, need to spend some time in the Hall Of Mirrors.

Cheers,
Ben S.

How many times has Australia lost when Kimmorley's been playing halfback? Answer: NONE

If Johns was fit would Kimmorley have been chosen at all? Answer: We'll never really know but I doubt it.

In a crap year for the club, who was far and away the best attacking player for the Sharks this year? Answer: Kimmorley by a country mile. Without him the Sharks would've been lucky to win the byes.

I agree that Gower also deserves a run as half-back but so too does Noddy. What's wrong with having a specialist half-back in the team (we already have a specialist hooker in Buderus). Players like Gower & Wing just give you more options to shuffle the team in the event of injuries.

At the end of the day, will you be booing Australia just because Noddy's the half back & Gower's being run either at 5/8th or off the bench for impact.

give yourself an uppercut
i can name 5 halfs that are in better form than Givememorley!
he has played for a shit team and proformed too inconsistantly......... the only reason he got in discussions for a spot is because of his boyfrined Ando

1. Gower
2. Orford
3. McLinden
4. Sherwin
5. Campbell

Even wonderboy (Finch) deserves the spot over Kimmorley!

This is irrelivent. The fact is that Kimmorley was part of a team that won, he was probably the form half-back at that time & that's why he was in the side. The same principles should apply today & Gower or Orford - the form half-backs at this time - should get the "nod"...

No he wouldn't. It would probably have been Johns & Gower as halves.

Who cares about The Scum's poor season?? Saints had a poor season too. Benny Hornby was our best player - better rush to give him a Green & Gold jersey, too

I won't be booing Australia but I will be bitterly dissapointed in Anderson's attitude to the highest accolade that you can get in Australian Rugby League shouold Kimmorley get picked as the starting half-back. What a shame that Matt Orford toils in obscurity in Melbourne rather than in The Shire...

As much as I hate The Scummers, this is an issue with justice & players being rewarded for form rather than club rivalry. It's just sad to see players from other teams bust their arses all season only to see the coaches pet get a rails run into the Test squad.

Cheers,
Ben S.

kimmorley does not deserve a run at half back. he played like a busted arse all year apart from one game when he made a few intercepts. bring in preston campbell, get rid of noddy, put gower at half-back! the best halfback of the year deserves a start! so take your sharks propaganda and stick it where the sun dont shine.

QUESTION : would kimmorley have been picke if chris anderson wasnt the coach?
ANSWER: Me thinks not

Terry Hill for his after season shenanigans with the bottle and his car. C'mon this is gold right here!

Other nominations

Phil Blake-the bloke who wanted to drive the car without a license.

Souths Supporters-Souths were brought back into the comp through 100's of 1000's supporters-Once they were back in, all of these people go back into hiding-gutless-heartless....the list goes on.

Chris Anderson-the man is f**ked in the head-plain and simple.

And I just think that even though he didn't do anything stupid all year that is up there with the above mentioned, if we're gonna be talking tool, you can't leave out Kimmorleys busted nut!!!

Selectors for not picking the best attacking player in the world, Rhys Wesser. So awesome. It's cos he's black.

Tony Butterfield gets my vote.

For threatening that the players would boycott the Dally M's & was then was shocked that David Gallop called his bluff & cancelled them.

And to make matters worse most of the players knew nothing of the boycott threat until they read it in the papers.
