To me, this is the biggest issue with modern conservatives.

They just cherry pick some random incident, and label it as representative of "the left".

And why has , "I'm not really a conservative, I just like Trump and his parties politics" become the standard response for all conservatives, for any discussion.

Again you're seeking to label me as a conservative - as though it's a bad thing?

    It's also kinda, well, odd.

If I was I'd happily say so as it's not exactly the same as being a Nazi, despite what some on the extreme left seem to think.

And I said I find Trump entertaining. So if we're gonna have a crap President at least he's funny as f**k unlike Hillary who would've been awful and dull.

People are mix of all these labels. No person can say they are strictly neoliberalism or neorealism, or anything else for that matter. It depends on the circumstances at the time as to which ism you fall under.

That's true. There are some nice little political compass surveys about. I think we did some earlier,
here is mine and some other examples.

im not going to get into a battle of who is more left wing but there has to be common ground.

im not a conservative. you can pretend that i am if it makes you feel any better but on smacks test he just posted im well off in the libertarian left.

    the political left is hopeless

Isn't the whole RINO thing in the states a wonderful example of that happening on the right wing over there?

We all did that test decades ago. I usually wind up right in the middle of the bottom left quadrant and scratching my head at some of the questions.

one of the reasons trump won was because he was the first Republican to unify the party since W

Interesting that you're the one taking offence to the label.

And your odd repeated attempts to self label yourself a Nazi.

Picking an example of a shitty boss sacking their employees as "a left problem" is not a very balanced view of things.

it is a problem though. i dont think its all of the left but surely if the left stands for something its class conscious and im not going to join a "team" with people who fire vulnerable workers cause of idpol

I completely agree with this. If only these workers had some sort of legal protection against unfair dismissal. The business owner should also have grounds for defamation and rather than sack them most certainly should have stood up for his workers, if all that has been presented is fact.

In this instance, It's such an specific mouth frothing conservative view.

Better to separate the important from the meaningless with things like this.

There is no left in the US.

There are progressives and conservatives but all of their economic policies are of the right. Clinton and obama merely continued Reagan's policies.

Heck nixon was more of a lefty than obama and clinton.
