Definately Jacksonville given the success of the Axe and local media open to RL. I'd go with a lot of cities that have USARL teams there. Some pretty big places in NY, Boston, Philly, Atlanta, Tampa etc.

I hope when there is talk of this pro league they mean incorporating the USARL teams.

You could imagine that teams in Boston, New York, Philly, DC, Jacksonville, Atlanta, Tampa would be ready to go with enough players and some fans that already know about them. A 6 team pro comp would be great. Just need the type of backers that Toronto has managed to find - a mining magnate from Australia willing to share some profits with sport.
