It's crazy how much of a 180 Wally's pulled since being inducted in the Broncos Hall of Fame.

Before 2012, you could almost accuse him of over-compensating and going for the other team to hide his bias - much like Gould but since then he's been throwing a lot more 'oooohs!' and 'go you good things!' into his commentary.

It's annoying and obnoxious but I don't think it's as bad as some of Gould's commentary spells we've had to endure at all levels where he'll outry declare a game shit if he doesn't like it. Tonight, it actually made for a better call that he wasn't there trying to tell some NSW centered story.
