Apparently North Beach have recruited well and are getting big numbers at training. Also heard rockingham have signed a few pommy front rowers.

Please not another Sth Perth v Nth Beach final!
Would love to see Giants v Sharks or Roosters

Heard SW Warriors were struggling a little bit as they have lost quite a few players who have moved out of the area.

News is North Beach have recruited heavily to cover some massive losses from last year. (Tyrone & Phillis)
Sharks are looking very english, expecting a diff game from them.
Joondalup look to have gained from a few players moving clubs. Should have a strong forward pack (Searle & Fraser (SthPerth))
A few of the Bunbury players have picked up and relocated, which is why there isnt much news from down there.
Freo look solid again. Same spine minus Hastings.
Kalamunda & South Perth are reporting good numbers.
Kalamunda should go close to winning the 7s.

No news from Willagee or Goldfields.

Also a change up in coaching staff will hopefully be good for us with Brad Costello taking the reigns as reserve grade coach, this should see some much needed stability in that grade which we haven't had in a couple of seasons!
