The ARL have plenty of capital, but my concern with them is the lack of business
Yep. Last time on the other hand was essentially a liquidation sale. Watson bought the assets and operating license of a failed entity, not a going concern.
Thankis for clearing that up bro
"The Herald understands that Watson has been so encouraged by the Warriors stunning early season form, he is rethinking whether he wants to offload the franchise during what is shaping as one of the most memorable seasons in the club's history."
Fale gives me serious conman vibes...
Was wondering when that would happen, haha. Eric is too smart to flog an appreciating asset, right now the club is a hold, not a sell
I think most of us expected this.
EW knows the value of advertising his brand and it’s been all free
Yes, I agree 100%
Man I hope Watson does keep it.. I DO NOT want that Fale idiot ruining the club!
I dont think he wants to sell it to that Fale fool
Did this influence the game in any way?
Kidding? He'll sell to whoever will pay his price.
He may have missed his opportunity.
I don't think that it influenced yesterday's result. It has been in the wind for quite some
time now......unless they know something that we don't, and it has unsettled them.
Oh dear, I am now hearing some extremely uncomfortable stuff on Owen Glenn. I just
sincerely hope it is bullshit. It did come from the NZ Herald, so here is hoping......
I’m not so sure about that. Owning a sports team isn’t a purely financial exercise- Watson would’ve cut and run years ago if it was. I’d say he’s got a fair bit of ego and sentimental attachment tied up in it.
Shit, that’s one name I really didnt want to hear again in any Warriors discussion.
Any link Skinz? I can’t gind anything on the herald website.
Heard hes just toying with Fale
