No point changing direction now. This year and next will either prove Browny is headed in the right direction or he has lost the players. Hoping for tge former.

So far Brown has had easiest job in the NRL.
Bold statement? Not really.
No coach in the history of game has had the luxury of sacking a bunch players and get 2 wooden spoons in a row and survived.
We are staring down another wooden spoon if we are not careful.
The only difference from this team and last few years is we added Ponga.
Brown isn’t doing any coaching, all he has done is sack a bunch of players.
Oh lord. surprise surprise surprise the same dude bagging Sione now raises his ugly head ( it has to be to be so bitter ) bagging Brown. Crawl back under ya rock.

Slade Griffin goes from Storm back up to NZ squad
Ese Ese goes from good season with the Broncos to NZ squad
Ponga goes from 7 good games with the Cowboys to superstar and QLD origin debut

People can argue all they like about Brown, those are the facts.

Our squad is young , the rebuild is in full swing. Happy days ahead

The only thing that concerns me about Brown and it's probably a by product of the players we have in the team and their ineptness, but our defense is worst in the league for the third or fourth year running.

We only keep a team under 20 points in 1/3 game on average. Pearce coming back may help our possession and control of a game which should help that out, but some of the tries we still concede isn't good enough.

we need to hand the boys angry pills before they go out to play. If we cant beat the opposition on the scoreboard we should at the very least beat them to a pulp on the field.

Here are some facts.

Points Conceded
2016 33.3 (last)
2017 27 (last)
2018 26.1 (last)

Good thing Brownie has the open-ended contract, at this rate we might have a premiership winning defence in 2025

new team being in a rebuild with minimal depth and missing key players at certain times including our primary play maker I'm not surprised. 3 of those games were blowouts which does skew the stats a bit.

The results are skewed by just 3 games? They've conceded 28+ points in 8 games this year. If anything is "skewing" the stats, it's the fact that they consistently get big scores put on them.
