f**king Korean TV has opted to show South Korea vs. UAE instead of this glorious spectacle :(

2-0 up inside the first twenty. Not too shabby.

referee is a little too whistle happy ... i think we let them sneak back into it a little bit but nothing that will be a problem ... hopefully we can add another goal in the second half and save for that little ball in between moore and wilkshire which was flashed across the box they're not troubling schwarzer and he'll gobble up all those 30 metre speculators all night

the organisation under pim verbeek is guus hiddink-esque and it's probably the biggest improvement in our game from a national team view

two clinical goals in cahill and emerton ... that goalkeeper was utter rubbish wtf was he doing rushing out to kennedy lol ?

6 poitns in the bag is huge considering the next two AWAY games fall outside the fifa window so we'll probably have to play with a makeshift a-league but we're heading in the right direction ...

4-0! Qatar

did you find a good connection?

Excellent performance from Australia. Granted Qatar didn't exactly pressure them but Australia still looked very assured on the ball. Some great passing movements, especially for the Emerton goal.

Credit to Verbeek. He copped alot of sh*t early on but he has Australia playing their best football since the World Cup.

Great win by us. Totally dominated them all over the park, was great to watch all the goals were quality and I don't think we put a foot wrong all game. Craig Moore looked a bit out of place at times but the other fullbacks were always there to cover it up. Cahil was immense, every touch of the ball was pure class, hopefully a few of these boys step up to play our next two away games even if they are outside the FIFA dates as, we will could struggle with an A-league side against Japan, in Japan.

I was laughing at how the commentators kept laughing at his camera dives

Great performance, but im a bit worried about the next two with A-league players :(

Geez Qatar were rubbish. Makes it hard to judge our performance, though most played well.

Everybody looked good, except for McDonald and Culina IMO - but then again their performances seem to always be the same.
