If they can rid themselves of the underachieving mindset, then they can be the dominant team for the next five years and really give International League a shot in the arm.

They a halfback though, Marshall needs a good halfback inside him (with a good kicking game) otherwise he won't see the ball in a situation where he can do anything with it. Jones won't be around forever so they need someone to stand up at half for them.

Hopefully Marcus Perenara develops (for Parra's sake and NZ's) because he's really their only prospect.

I'm a bit surprised by how many people leave Kidwell out of the top Kiwi's team. I think he's been pretty consistently the best New Zealand forward over the last few years and I'd still give him a start in the second row with everyone available.

There are a lot of very tough choices in there, which is a great problem to have. You wouldn't lose much with any of Koopu, Lolesi, Hape, either of the Anderson's, Asotasi, Swann, Lauiti'iti, Solomona, Vaealiki, Tony, or Webster finding their way into the team.

The big worry is what happens at halfback with Stacey Jones leaving however. I'd personally shift Hohaia to #7 and maybe bring Louie Anderson into the team as starting hooker (unless Swain is available again).

Needs more Tupou! I think Cross has impressed me enough this year to warrant his selection. I have been skeptical on him, even though he plays for my team, but this year (if you dont include the gouging incident), he has consistently been one of the form centres, whereas Hodges was too often injured or offloading the ball over the sideline. Slater, Tahu, Richards & Roberts are all above Ty Williams in my opinion, & Sing has retired from International rep so he cannot warrant selection. Flannery is underrated as hell too.
