So Pearce replaces an Origin winning halfback again. Hodkinson must have walked under a ladder.

Struggled for the number 5 - I think we'd be better off with a bigger winger, but without Semi, we don't have a lot of options.

Wouldn’t be surprised if NAS or Glasby starts in front of Kasiano. Couple other players that could find their way onto the bench, Pat Kaufusi, Brandon Smith, Tui Kamikamica, Christian Welch

Not the team I would name. But i expect Hook will go with Leota and Browne.

Corey Harawira-Naera and Tyrone May are unlikely to be fit round 1. Only other player who miggt come into calculations is Villiame Kikau. But Hook prefers Browne and Leota on the bench. I just hope the world cup changed that.

Tigers probably only have 5 of the starting 17 settled and the rest open. Not a lot of star power but 28 of the 29 squad have played 8 or more games of NRL so plenty of competition for spots

TMM seems a bit of a waste on the bench? Surely you’d give Asiata the other spot.

Either way that’s definitely the team to beat IMO

sorry but that looks like the worse side in the comp on paper. i picked the warriors for the spoon only because they have shit for brains.
