Coach: Super coach.

Ladder prediction: 6th.
You forgot to include Tim Browne at the expense of an immortal. Don't worry though. Hook won't.

So basically you’re saying you’ve lost 3 dudes, replaced them with guys who were already at the club but being kept out of first grade by said mentioned players, yet have gotten stronger?

None of Lodge, Mago, Savelio or Taueli played for the Broncs or were ‘at the club’ this year.

Lodge - not NRL registered and played for the Dolphins.

Mago - Cowboys.

Savelio - Super League.

Taueli - Dolphins, not NRL registered.

But yes, with these guys our pack is stronger than it was in 2017.

ese'ese wasn't dropped he got injured, had a discipline issue  zero relevant to form, he was in the end your best prop all season.

your last line is just cringeworthy

Ese’Ese was droppped after round 12 and didn’t return until round 16. Was entirely form related and played Q-Cup the same as the Ben Hunt dropping that so much was made of, which lasted one whole match, btw, whereas Ese’Ese’s lasted multiple games.

He came back into the team later in the year but never had the same impact.

As for best prop, Offa arguably had a far better year, but it’s all subjective.

haha he was dropped because he visited knights training facilities with connor watson the week before the raiders game (his last start);

https://www.foxsports.com.au/nrl/nr...s/news-story/916a7d658c3b3d5d1693147181548f48

and when it was evident he was going to do the harry holt, wayne does what we all know the grumpy sour puss does, drop him to reserves. he then got injured got 2 weeks later: https://www.zerotackle.com/knee-injuries-sideline-david-mead-herman-eseese-28223/

announced he had signed with knights a week after that; http://www.marathonstadium.com/thre...n-tautau-moga-and-herman-eseese.16001/page-13

and then came straight back from purgetary a week after the knights formally announced his signing; http://www.newcastleknights.com.au/news/2017/07/27/knights_sign_herman_.html

it was a clear wayne bully tactic that failed and no-one writes about because they're used to it with wayne, and what was worse was he had the hide to declare ese'ese's signing with the knights before they announced him,...after having the hide to call another club for doing the same thing to him.

long and short of it is, don't make shit up it just makes you look like a fool

as for no season starts joe O being your best prop? lol again more cringe, what's that say about the blokes in front of him thaiday and sims as well.

Round 1 imo:

1. French
2. Auva'a
3. Jennings
4. Hayne
5. Hoffman
6. Norman
7. Moses
8. Mannah (C)
9. Pritchard
10. Evans
11. Ma'u
12. Moeroa
13. Brown

14. Edwards
15. Williams
16. Pritchard
17. Alvaro

Gutherson will miss a few weeks.

Struggled for the number 5 - I think we'd be better off with a bigger winger, but without Semi, we don't have a lot of options.
Gutherson can come home

Of course, hence why Bennett dropped Hunt when he signed with the Dragons, or when Jai Arrow signed with the Titans or when, bah who cares.

None of those things actually happened anyway. Nor did Ese’Ese being dropped have anything to do with him going to Newcastle.

As for Offa v Ese’ese, they both averaged 101m in run metres per game, both averaged 10 hitups per game, Offa averaged 21 tackles per game and Ese’Ese averaged 19 tackles per game. Ese’Ese averaged 35 minutes of game time, Offa averaged 33 minutes per game.

Overall the stats show Offa works harder and achieves more per minute played than Ese’Ese. Sorry if that doesn’t suit your opinion of ‘better’.

As for Thaiday, you mean that bloke that plays second-row for us? Sims? I am one of the few that seems to have actually liked his contributions this year, he has an offload in him, can sniff out a try and can sting in defence, which we were missing a bit, but there is no doubt both Offa and Ese’Ese had better outputs than him.

all those things happened because i've linked them from numerous sources, unlike your complete dribble.

that output of joe O was so great, he couldn't manage a start? they're called impact forwards for a reason, because it's easier to produce off the bench against tired players.

as for thaiday the backrower, he started 4 times more often at prop than joeO  actually more when you consider the false listing as hooker that ended up backfiring

Bit early but...

Bulldogs..

1. Mbye
2. Montoya
3. Hopoate
4. Morris
5. Morris
6. Foran
7. Cleeland
8. Klemmer
9. Lichaa
10. Woods
11. Faitala-Mariner
12. Elliott
13. Jackson

14. Brown
15. Tolman
16. Fualalo
17. Eastwood

That is the 17 I would have but RFM on the bench, Jackson at 11 and Tolman starting. Biggest issue is goal kicking

Round 1

1. Bevan French
2. Jarryd Hayne
3. Michael Jennings
4. Brad Takairangi
5. Kirisome Auva'a
6. Corey Norman
7. Mitchell Moses
8. Kane Evans
9. Cameron King
10. Tim Mannah
11. Manu Ma'u
12. Tepai Moeroa
13. Nathan Brown
14. Kenny Edwards
15. Daniel Alvaro
16. Beau Scott
17. Suia Matagi

Gutherson when fit is fullback with French going to wing and either Hayne to centre and Takairangi misses out or Hayne stays wing and Auvaa misses out

What I think Brown will name:

1. Ponga
2. Ross
3. Mata’utia
4. Moga
5. SKD
6. Watson
7. Pearce
8. Ese’ese
9. Levi
10. D. Saifiti
11. Guerra
12. Buhrer
13. Barnett

14. Griffin
15. Lillyman
16. Heighington
17. J. Saifiti
I think Lillyman will start because ese or saifiti would be better served as impact at the moment. But nice looking side

Mine is similar to yours bar a couple tweaks to the backline

Can't agree with any of that except to say Joe pulled his finger out a bit toward the back end of the season.
