Personally, I reckon Arthur needs to stand up and say he has failed these last two weeks. He hasn't prepared them at all - evidently.

How do we know the error was in the preparation? And not just weak hearts, poor execution, and straying from the game plan? He needs to be honest that the players haven't delivered on their potential the past two weeks, and have his overhead projector ready.
