I'd take Willie over Fa'aoso any day of the week, he probably isn't asking too much he just wants another season.

No-Gould/clear been 3 yrs....1st year terrible-2nd yr they improved to like we are now.And there third is now....( finished 4th)
We will go into our 3rd year 2015 cause I count ricky as success.Unlike SK he didn't go and sign dead beats for the sake of it.

And Pou most those Jnrs you mention where in our system. They where not hard to sign as anyone who watches under 20's see how much they stood out. I reckon Nolan and the under 20's coach probably had more too do with those signings but forty 20 or Jodeci would be better to ask.

SK also let Toupo go-lol

Gould took over in 2011 didn't he? Penrith haven't made the finals between then and now despite coming 2nd the year before in 2010. So if it's taken Penrith and the "duke" until their 4th year to make the finals and become a stable team then how have they done it quicker than us? We haven't had stability since Brian Smith was coach, way back in 2006.

Faasso would be cheap and be in Wenty.Nt part of top 25.Win-win. He was decent at Knights and Manly. Doubt he play grade thou.Same as willy if here.

No way, we don't need him we have plenty props just like him, there is a reason he has never been able to cement a regular nrl spot at the 20 clubs he has been at.

We need a high quality prop leader.

Duffie has nrl experience and can play any position in the back line and has a decent try scoring rate. Before his injuries of the last two years he was very promising. He aren't small either.

Due to his injuries he probably is struggling to get a contract and a few players have probably past him at the storm. I reckon if he wasn't asking to much he would be a perfect pick up, injury free he gives us an experienced option on the wing and also a possible centre option.

It would make perfect sense chasing duffie.

Gould started in 2011. 2011 was his first year meaning 2014 is his 4th year. He signed Cleary in 2011 for 2012, it's Cleary's 3rd year. In Gould's 3rd year at the club Penrith finished 10th.

He bought deadbeats (I assume you mean Tonga, Sandow and Roberts) because that's all we could afford under the cap. If they were demanding overs to come and play alongside Jarryd Hayne you can imagine how much good players would be demanding.

So if they stood out what was stopping other clubs from poaching them?

Tupou was too old for NYC after 2011 and he was off contract. The Roosters obviously had more room under their cap for another winger, just as they had more room under the cap for JWH than did Manly.

You can't keep them all. Especially when you inherit a f**ked salary cap.
