Why?

Because they make the correct decision.

Because the referee had already ruled on it, calling six to go and let play go on for another 20 passes.
If the referee awarded the try straight off, would you be critical that he missed a knock on that probably wouldn't even be shown in a replay?

Apparently you can, if it's pretty it should be a try according to some on LU.

I expect that from some on here. But it's sad when big name commentators descend to that crap.

Apparently if it gives Gus an erection it should be a try, whether it is within the rules of rugby league or not.

We should do away with the video ref and just award tries based on whether or not Gus is excited about them

The ref makes a decision on every possible try. He rules on it by calling try or no try, the video ref is now simply just something that checks whether the ref is right or not. By definition it rules on what the ref has already ruled on.

How isn't that a penalty to dogs

tackle wasnt complete, it was play on, Reynolds clearly knocked it on :?

I swear most of LU are still grinding axes against the storm for the SC debacle, seemingly have no ability to be unbiased

Yes. Because every try is checked currently. Why shouldn't that one?
