So let me get this right. Here is a 31 year old former great player who is at the back end of his career and has started to pickup injuries, right?

And we are willing to pick him up for around $650 000 dollars for next season and keep him on for at least 4 years. But we probably will not be able to fit him in at that price for next year, the year he turns 32, so will backend this contract for the following years, when this guy turns 33 and beyond.

And a bunch of you guys have no issue with that???

So, what makes you think we have contracted him for at least 4 years Ram?

Let me start off first by saying that I think that BA has done a very good job so far and I think he may turn out to be a decent coach, but he is hardly exempt of making errors where football is concerned. Just like when he started Kenny Edwards at hooker eariler in the year. Master stroke that one by the coach aye?

We have young coach, good assistants , a strong NYC who will need some hard headed experience to lead them to the next level and there are moans and whinges, friggin unbelievable.

And they also had an aged Arthur beetson for a few years prior, which would have motivated/guided a few of the youngsters

Show me any quote or source attributed to the club or player that says he has signed for us for 4 years (i.e. not the journo's comment where he says that the contract might be for as long as 4 years, not what other posters have said based on what other posters have said). Would it have happened if they were both asking for top dollar and a salary cap existed and they wanted 4 years? Merkin!

Sorry but I haven't really slept and I can get grumpy. But of course you are entitled to your opinion, and yes I am smarter then everybody else, and so no BA and your are wrong on this one.
