Players such as Graham, Bromwich, Woods etc play this role do they not? They don't don the 13.

If anything one of the 'props' (8 or 10) could be just another 'lock'. The 8, 10 and 13 share the same space on the field and each team uses a different combination depending on whom they have available, including on the bench.

fensom would be the type of lock you want.
Ricky is doing ok without an old leader down in Canberra. You don't have to be 30+ to be a leader or passionate, 27 would be the age id be looking at I offering lng term deal.
If 30 id maybe offer a 3 yr deal but older than that its 2 or nothing.

The composition of Sharp's ParraFirst ticket has been confirmed as the premiership-winning forward seeks a second term in office. Joining Sharp and incumbent directors Tom Issa, Geoff Gerard and Peter Serrao are NSW MP and Deputy Speaker of the House Tanya Gadiel from Parramatta City Council, five-term Parramatta lord mayor Paul Garrard and businessman Andrew Cordell.

A tad better than Ben Smith and Piggy ?

Seriously Riddell going to a spot, I understand Ben Smith putting his name forward he was eel but Riddell was a "ring in" for a few years.

and so it begins

Piggy should start coming up with ideas rather than questioning what the club is doing

Imitating Bill Shorten wont get him any votes.

Assuming no additional income is generated, that loan would be paid down in 30 years wouldn't it?
If the $100m investment generated additional income (and obviously it would), then it would be paid down much more quickly.

Piggy needs to get a calculator.

At a mere 3% return on investment, the $100m is paid off in 16 years.
At a still conservative 4-5% return, it is paid off in 12-14 years.

Of course, the return could well exceed those numbers.
