Nofaluma would be a great pick up for so many clubs, he's the forgotten man when the media go on about the big 4.

He's proven more than Brooks and Moses.

If the tigers lost teddy they really should offer coen hess a ridiculous contract. Obviously it's not a like for like replacement but it would go a long way to fixing the tigers issues on the edges.

Fullback isn't the hardest position to replace either. As good as teddy is.

I would have been extremely surprised if Taylor even entertained the idea of returning to the Donkeys of all clubs. I know the story goes that uncle wayne was looking out for the kid by letting him go, but at the end of the day they chose Hunt over him and now regret it.

I'd hoped that the Cows would go hard for Taylor as a replacement for JT once he retires but judging by this article, he's looking for long term at the Tits, good for him/them i guess.

Cows are already linked with elgey for consolation prize

Knights ante up the offer on Jack Bird offering him a staggering 1 millions per season.

"BIRD MEETS KNIGHTS

In a sign that he’s considering leaving Cornulla, Jack Bird has made the trip up to Newcastle to meet with Knights coach Nathan Brown.

The Knights are throwing big money at the NSW Origin representative and are keen to offer him a five-eighth role alongside Trent Hodkinson in the halves.

“The latest development is 24 hours after Jack helped Cronulla beat the Knights, he then travelled to Newcastle to have lunch with Knights coach Nathan Brown,” Fox Sports’ chief NRL reporter James Hooper told NRL Tonight. “Those talks are continuing.

“I’ve heard this offer is as high as $1 million per season, it’s nudging that much.

“For a 21-year-old that is a very sizeable deal and it’s going to be very hard for Jack Bird to knock back.

“I think crucially, the Knights need to land a couple of other key recruits as well.

“I’d say they’ll get Bird over the line.”

Cronk to the Dogs.

How can the knights offer Bird a mil? That is spine money and the guy hasn't played in the halves for over a year. I can understand the risk they took with ponga, but this is just silly if true.

Its James Hooper throwing that fictitious figure around mate.

That bone head would not have a clue.

I'm sure it will be a nice chunk of change, but Hooper is just making shit up for click bait.

Interesting to see where Cronk goes. My money is on either Newcastle or the Eels. If its Newcastle, that would drastically change the landscape on a Bird deal I'd think.....

Foran would be heading to the Dogs if leaving the Warriors. I am sure Dollar Des had some carrot to dangle to the board to get an extension.....

Why would he go to Newcastle if his intention was to move to Sydney? Newcastle is still another couple hours drive up the m1

Tigers, Dogs or Eels imo. Sharks might be a smokey if they don't land Bird and or Townsend
