Will NSW ever move towards a Qld-style comp?

Yes this is how the NSW Cup should be setup ie promote the bigger RM Cup clubs into this structure - as a part time comp like the Qld Cup

But

You should also have National RG and National U20s for full time professional group

They did away with a national reserve grade competition, primarily due to cost. They are doing away with a nation u/20s competition partly due to costs. So where is the money going to come from to fund your proposal? The NRL won't have the money to fund it as much of its increase in revenue is gone in club grants.

The highest level independent RL competition in the Country is the Newcastle Rugby League. The Newcastle Rugby League should invite the North Sydney Bears and Newtown Jets (provided they get some dignity and ditch the NRL feeder club status) to join the competition.

NRL club grants increased from $4 mil to $10 mil

And thats on top of the money NRL clubs generate away from the grant process

Eg membership, LC, sponsorships, merchandise etc

NRL clubs have been able to fund 3 grade operation for 110 years AND run junior districts

Tell me which NRL club cant afford it ?
