well said sir, straight to the head of the class. ps don't forget doust.Positivity isn't allowed here mate, only whining about the coach and player signings!
Crush, I am remembering back to 2009 when Bennett had big Dell in Nighty's wing spot. Nighty played in the back row off the bench. If Mary insists on a back on the bench I think Nighty fits the bill much better than Mann because last season if there was no injured back Mann was wasted. I am suggesting Nighty has the versatility to play some minutes in the back row if needed. Additionally I can't see that in a 15-20 minute spell at dummy-half that he couldn't match Dean Young's efforts or, further back in time, Jeff Hardy's efforts. The complaint about Nighty on this Forum is that he is no longer quick enough on the wing, not that his skill set is diminishing. Not sure if I am reading this one correctly but are you saying that nightingale could start off the bench and could cover hooker or even back row position?
If that is what you are saying I have to disagree. Nighty is a specialist winger that can also play fullback. But thats his role, definitely not a dummy half or back rower.

The big positive is that He can only get better not any worse!
The big problem is that McGregor has a habit of keeping out of form players in 1st grade for long periods of time.
We need centres that can attack and defend. Ours can only attack when it suits them. It will be interesting to see how we fair without Dugan. Call him what you will but at least he could tackle.

OKB Ronald McDonald puts in more effort & has more punch than Nene.....The big problem is that McGregor has a habit of keeping out of form players in 1st grade for long periods of time.

Well obviously JIMMY the guys he's replacing are not exactly world class centres .......it's easy to get excited about a kid when he has very average players in front of himMacDonald: Lazy...tick.
Unfit...tick.
(Very) ordinary in defence....tick.
Suspect under kicks...tick,
Not much pace...tick.
Personally, I find it shameful that the club has failed to adequately fill Brett Morris's old spot (especially when he should NEVER have been allowed to leave in the first place).
On another note, I question why there are some who are putting their faith in a kid (Lomax), who had yet to be tested against men yet.
We are putting our faith in Lomax, because we identify a special talent who we are supremely confident that they will be a top line first grader with in 2 or 3 years. I think Lomax looks the best prospect we have had since Gasnier.MacDonald: Lazy...tick.

Agree with a few of these comments but you're way off the mark when it comes to pace. He has it in spades, and the training staff would probably concur. Under kicks is debatable. He didn't have much to go by in 17. Hopefully Hunt will rectify that and this is coming from a huge Brett Morris fan.MacDonald: Lazy...tick.
