I think I may have just eaten the best hamburger today that I have ever had, courtesy of a café in Kenilworth. If not, it's in my top 3. It certainly had all the hallmarks of a great burger. Lightly toasted sesame bun, well spiced beef pattie (not too thick), crisp lettuce, tomato, beetroot, onion, topped with a slightly runny egg and bbq sauce. It was messy and juicy...………...just how I love 'em.

If anyone in western Sydney is looking for a decent old fashioned takeaway shop burger for the right price, Mannies Munchies at Pendle Hill does an excellent burger. Highly recommend it.

That's now about 1000 k's away for me now but I'll keep it in mind next I do a road trip south of the border.
