Cant say i agree with that.
I'd rate him as one of our more potent forwards along with Brown.

Its hard to be effective when injured.

I have to admit, I am interested to see how he goes with this unit playing with confidence. He could be a line break threat and an offload threat. He has a nice step which could add another dimension.
I am just a bit over his angry man image.

Moeroa made more metres (121 compared to 93), more tackles (22 compared to 18) and more post contract metres then Peni (45 to 35), and only played 4 mins more. They both made one tackle break each. Moeroa made 12 runs Peni 9.

Moeroa did miss 3 tackles compared to 1, however Moeroa appeared to hurt his shoulder and may have also gone for an HIA (happy to be corrected).

Sure. But Peni come in first half when going was tougher. It was easier once Tigers gave up. Just how I saw it. Jnr was exceptional in final 20mins but Peni was the best forward in first 40.
Lane in 2nd 40mins was awesome.

We are lucky not to have sacked Peni. I still rate him our best middle forward behind Jnr and Brown. And it's closer the many think between him and Brown who doesnt get any criticism for his bad passes and stifling attack

Agree with a lot you’ve said. Eels fans criticise gallon and how he overplays his hand often taking 2 hit ups a set to make his numbers look good. Does NBrown play any different? Always good for a 4th tackle settler, when we should be on the attack.

4th tackle settler even happens now without brown, it’s part of our structure. On the try line it’s normally to try to get back to the middle and to “disrupt” the defence line, eg to try and get less defenders to attackers on one side. And to give us options to go either way - thus the defence is unsure where we will go.

I did a coaching course a few weeks back and the trainer went through how NRL sides structure their attack (and showed video), basically nothing just happens, it all happens for a reason. It was very interesting.

Yeah I’ve noticed the 4th tackle settler still going without NBrown. It’s interesting, I was always under the impression it’s to go back in the middle and attempt to get a quick play the ball, to attack either side of the ruck on last. It’s very predictable thou, just a one out hit up. Frustrating

The timing of Nathan Brown's injury might be considered luck, if it affected the decision to retain Terepo.

I know he’s had his issues in the past and probably on his last warning, but having a few too many drinks, could he really of been sacked? He wasn’t arrested. He wasn’t charged. He was even allowed to catch the connecting flight IIRC.

In a drinking competition, sure.

Terepo is used in attacking structures. His passing game is crisp and he also has a nice short ball.
His charges are hard, he breaks tackles and ccan offload. Defense is solid also.

Alvaro may clock up more stat meters due to more charges. So what. Its just taking away a run from someone else. There both simmilar levels as far as NRL players but Terepo is far more skillfull

Junior Paulo throws more passes in a game than Jaemon Salmon. He is unpredictable and is making a big difference to our attack.

He didnt tell the f**king club that the police were called to deal with him .... after having not told them last time aswell .... shows a trend of dumb ..... hopefully he will do better next year when he does something dumb again

When drunk people forget. He most likely didn't think it was a big deal as he was not arrested or kicked off flight etc. I would say prob a little confused.
