What sort of crap list is this?

Very convenient to just ignore players that debuted under BA, or say he played no part in developing them. BA was at the club before he started as head coach.
Every club signs players from outside.
Players who debut for a club might well get poached by another club with the lure of opportunity/ more playing time/ higher salary (etc)

Players who debuted under BA, and played a significant amount of first grade (whether for the Eels or elsewhere):
Tepai MOEROA (2014)
Pauli PAULI (2014)
Manu MA'U (2014)
Daniel ALVARO (2015)
Bevan FRENCH (2016)
Oregon KAUFUSI (2018)
Reed MAHONEY (2018)
Marata NIUKORE (2018)
Jaemon SALMAN (2018)
Ray Stone (2018)
Dylan BROWN (2019)

You could make a strong argument that he developed players like Edwards, Gower, Gutherson, Terepo, Radradra, Jr Paulo, Sivo, Pritchard, Brown, who had played a handful of first grade games, or whose games improved greatly when Arthur took over their development.

[[There are probably more names, but that's all I could think of.]]
My memory must be shot. How long was BA here before being head coach? Giving him credit for the development of Pauli Pauli (who cares) and Sivo is surely a stretch.

I have lots of opinions mate and have shared many of them over the years. I'm happy to recite them all for you next time we are on the mangoes at Chardon's Corner.

I only rubbish idiot comments where people think they know more than BA and talk out of their arse in the process. I think you raise a lot of good points and I only speak up on things I disagree with. In doing so I offer a different point of view (read opinion).

Avenger is right about a lot of things. Particularly the time that he said I am one of his favourite posters and that this place would be shit without me.
Don't be sucking up to Avenger. It's sickening. He'll lap that shit right up.

Shouldn’t we have depth for spine positions?
You'll be lucky to find depth players at a club where there are established players in their position. The idea is that the depth players compete with each other for vacant spots in the 17. So maybe Smith and Drown are the depth players fighting for the 6 jersey and Drown got the nod for round one. I actually think Will Smith is too good to be a backup. Much like these guys:

French
Sivo
Gennings (yes, even him)
Hoffman
Salmon
Mahoney
Takairangi
Evans
Gower
Niukore
Terepo

But obviously none of them are in that top ten or so who are automatic selections every week. It appears Alvaro and Mannah may have joined them, unless their demotion is just a wakeup call.

And out of those named above, how many would crack FG elsewhere?

D. Brown, Mahoney, Marata and Kaufusi (My opinion, as I rate him highly), other then that players like Moeroa, French, Alvaro etc would be very lucky to crack it anywhere else. Yes, his debuted them and developed them to an extent, some good and a lot not very good. Which is my point, I don't think many of them are up to standard and it's shown in recent times, our squad is far from good enough and most if not all have either been signed or developed by BA.

We are going to have 4 losses in a row aren't we.

I will be shocked, stunned, flabbergasted if we win. But we won't, not this week.

Hopefully Brown(s) are back soon. The shifting halves has to be hurting the team.
