I played for balmain under 15s, then got a footy scholarship to newington. Played Aus schoolboys (union). Then played in ireland professionally for 2 years (union), Italy 1 year (for the only semi pro team in italy), both union and league in France for a season each, New York rugby league, was offered to captain the Canadian rugby union team 15ish years ago after spending 6 months in Canada, then finished up playing another season in French league followed by local rugby league in Newcastle for 3 years.... Who am I?
Played a few State Cup games for Newtown, tigers and parra.
And ps the newcastle comp was a better standard than any other I played. :joy::rofl:

Yeah. I call bullshit. You claim you were offered rhe Canadian RU captaincy after 6 months in the country when Reg.8 of the World Rugby laws introduced on 2000 mandated that a player has to have lived in the country in question for no less than 3 consecutive years. Which means you would have had to have played in Canada for at least 2-3 full seasons.

You claim the offer was made 15 years ago. So 2004. There are significant penalties for such a breach. Just ask Spain who through not being thorough enough with their compliance missed out on likely qualifying for Japan later this year.
