I'm not happy now, so no.

But I wasn't happy when a team with Kikau and Blake started the season 2 and 8 either.

Like everything else, it depends on the issue I guess. Attitude to training, conditioning and recovery (noting Blakes steady injury toll) can corrupt talent pretty badly.

We as plebs know very little of what goes on behind closed door. Nor do we know what position the cap is in either. (despite the claims of many)

I suppose attempting to throw cut out passes is a bad thing considering we never see our halves throw them, lets just pass one out to Kikau every time and hope he does something, amazing skill right there...

I also said they have a better ATTACKING game plan and that is true, they have scored 311 points compared to our 196, Parra's biggest issue is consistency, but that's mostly because they have a pretty poor team on paper especially compared to ours

Maloney doesn’t throw cutouts? Yeah righto mate have you ever seen him play

The top 29 named at Round 1 seems like a waste of time given the number of players being churned.

Out

Phillips
DWZ
Blake
Grant

Effectively Out

May
Hethrington

Yet to play or seemingly will play if there is no other choice

Cartwright
Pua
Lui-toso
Katoa

Plus Sele who seems to be on the outer.

I was using Hyperbole just like Bob, Moses doesn't just throw cut out passes to the sidelines every time does he?

Also even if Maloney throughout his career had a fantastic cutout pass, this year I've barely seen it and Cleary most certainly does not throw cutout passes.

Mate if that is the reason he wants out then good riddance(I don't think it is but anyway). That would be a dummy spit because the coach was trying to coach.

Trying to coach badly, but yeah it wouldn’t be a great look if that’s why he wanted out.

But we don’t really know, I was just spitballing.

They are always out but also have great attitude and also wouldn't be on the money Blake is. You never seem to see Blake in the videos doing extras at training so there is no doubt several reasons behind it but it is a chance to fix the squad up as a whole.

Sure our top 17 is weaker but the overall squad can be fixed and in a few years who knows where some of these kids coming through will be

I think a team needs more than just a great attitude to win. Whare has a great attitude but he offers nothing in attack.

If it’s this whole “on the bus” BS from Ivan we’ll never have a settled squad, you’re not going to find 30 blokes willing to buy into the same thing. Good coaches manage the various personalities.

Funny thing is the club seemed to think we were ready to take the next step. Instead of doing that Ivan is tearing down the roster to buy himself time under the justification of "rebuilding".

Yep. Takes the pressure right off him.

Next year he’ll be able to say there’s a lot of new players, so don’t expect big things. Same story we heard 3 years ago with Hook.

The club hasn’t improved in the last 4 seasons, it’s a big concern.

Wayne Bennett is the perfect example of managing various personalities in his team differently and his success speaks for itself.

And we chose Ivan Cleary over him, JFC.

Everyone knows I don't rate Ivan but the coach should get a squad they can work with.

Storm and Souths have great coaches and have made more roster moves then we have this year. There was always going to be some changes but hopefully not the level of departures Gus had under his watch

Yet he took Darius to several clubs with him and has moved a few Broncs guys down South. Every coach does it especially in their 1st 2 years. Better now then waste more time getting the roster right

I like Cleary and don't recall seeing him throw one.

Are you blokes kidding? He cut out Yeo to help setup our last try against Souths in our last game.

Come on mate, I'm a big Cleary defender myself but his signature move at this point in his career is passing to the bloke right next to him, I could probably count on one hand the amount of successful cutout passes he has thrown in the last few years.

I have no problem with a coach wanting to build his own roster, although Ivan has a pretty shocking record of building teams, just look at the Tigers.

I think we as fans have just as much of a right to question the decisions he makes in regards to the roster.
