Yeah that’s why I said just about. Storm and Roosters were still minor premiers all those years, they win nearly everything the play. Raiders might still win this year but it was still a year of Storm and Roosters winning all the time.

Bellamy and Robinson drill their teams really well and identify top talent consistently. Hopefully in the 2020’s they’ll have their turn at struggling, for the interests of a more even competition.

Based on their efforts when fully fit, Manly deserved to be there. They played the tough teams of the comp very well....unlike Parra which caved in to strong opposition more often than not.
