They have over 60 blokes in the squad for both RMC and SS

Being their first year back in the comps after some time out you would expect them to need or want more than 60 training?
Are they also in the u21s Penrith Comp as well im sure a few players would play their if not selected each week.

They have snagged a few from everywhere. A lot of them are brothers too. Couple hills boys out there aswell.

Who did they get from Hills?
They have to get players from somewhere, they haven't played in NSW comps for about 4 years.

Usually the Penrith junior comp runs a C grade- u/19’s comp and then an A grade- open age comp. I wouldn’t think too many in the squad of 60 plus would be young enough for C grade, but there might be a few.

The Penrith JRL has announced that the age groups for 2020 are 17's, 18's and 21's. They are following the lead of the combined comps which has 18's, 20's and 23's.

Windsor are proposing to run 2 U/18 teams and 2 under 21's teams. Jay Williams is coaching the main u21's but they had not appointed coaches for the other 3 teams.

Ok good info. That might keep more 19 20 and 21 years playing. Are they still running an A grade comp as well?

Hardly surprising considering they offered almost every player in the Ron Massey Cup and Sydney Shield competitions a contract.
Pretty silly comment. How else were they supposed to get players- no different to to any new team the last few years- Penrith brothers - st mareys - my nephew plays for a club in the competition and every year he has requests from several clubs
