Wonder if the club knows about Luke's pack a day of Winnie golds that he chains down while no one is watching. imo dead set terrible signing.. Maybe good for ten minutes off the bench that's about it..

Robson wanted a starting job and , Luke is on 2/3 as much as well, that's the reason.
Robson was never staying McGregor didn't rate him.
Im not sure that's entirely true from what I have heard they rated Robson and McInnes that's why he still played Robson last season even after he signed with the cows. They just had a tough decision to make and seeing as though McInnes was our best player at the time and a future captain on the cusp of origin and still pretty young they went with the tried and true rather than the up and coming gun. Its kind of damned if do and damned if you don't with us Saints fans. We are waiting for the next big thing ala Ramsey but if they don't perform instantly al Field we tear them down. Personally I think McInnes was the right choice at the right time. We do have the basis of a premiership winning side now basically. Several origin players, an inspirational captain and some very good up and coming talent. If Lomax goes well at 1 and Ramsey and Saab start to hit their straps either this season or next all we really need is a couple, maybe even one centre if Wiliame goes well. Next year with a new coach we are a real shot, who knows by the time McInnes retires we might even be able to lure Robson back.
