MacGill definitely more dangerous, Lyon more consistent.

Impossible to really compare cos MacGill was second fiddle to the GOAT while Lyon for a very long time was our only option despite taking fewer wickets than a fourth grade part timer

Lyon imo. Macgilla was a fantastic bowler, but Lyon has built up one hell of a career cv now. Has proven himself in the subcontinent-pretty much everywhere tbh. Can't say i rated him that highly earlier on, but his record speaks for itself nowadays.
