Bulldogs to be better, Cowboys for the spoon, Sharks to make the 8, Storm to finish 4th, Tigers 9th, Warriors to be able to play at home at long last, Knights to disappoint again, Panthers minor premiers, Roosters to win GF. Madge first coach sacked Dogs will be better, but in a rebuilding phase growing pains will be obvious.
/ Panthers: Even after the last two years and winning the 2021 GF, the Panthers will be getting even better. Players will be fully seasoned by the time we KO next year.

/ Roosters: If only a couple of injuries, would've made GF. Seriously should have got an inspiration award for their 2021 performance.

/ Parramatta: Will like wine, improve from last year. Outside backs are a little green.

/ Sharkies: Good recruiting. In top 4 no doubt.

/ Souths: No Bennett, no top 4. Might not make top 8.

/ Manly: Turbo needs his team to work together more.

/ Gold Coast: Will have a better season & might get higher.

/ Brisbane: Made a vast improvement at end of season. Should make the top 8.

/ Melbourne: Cannot make the play-offs after the previous weeks dramas. This will affect them beyond the start of next season. Losing a few players will hurt.

/ Bulldogs: A work in progress whereas the Dogs fans need to be very patient. They'll get there in time.

/ Warriors: Could be a smoky for the top 8, but as usual, seem to find a way in not making the play-offs.

/ Newcastle: THE big disappointment of 2021 although they scraped into the finals. Like the Warriors, if they stay injury free and focused, they might just get there.

/ Canberra: The Raiders will have their moments in the Sun during 2022, but they will be far and few between.

/ Nth Queensland: A very spotty 2021, but promise is there. A couple of years until they are playing finals football.

/ St George Illawarra: What can one say? SGI seem to have recruited well enough, and if there is a coach that can rebuild, it is Griffin. It'll take a bit of teething time before this squad is on song with each other so methinks a realistic window of 2023 is an apt time frame.

/ Wests Tigers: Sheens and co have their hands full here, and good luck to them. A deadset toss-up for last place...that is if one can fit 4 teams on a coin.
