Pre-sale for tickets for club season ticket holders to buy tickets to the Origin matches are as follows -

Origin 1 (Sydney), Origin 3 (Brisbane) and Women's Origin: Commences at 10.00 am (AEDT) on Wednesday 16 March 2022.

Origin 2 (Perth): 1.00 pm (AEDT) on Thursday 17 March 2022.

Season ticketholders should get this information from their respective club with the required password to purchase the tickets (as I received my e-mail earlier today).

I’m quite interested in what the Queensland halves will be this year. Munster (barring injury) is the five eighth but who will partner him. DCE would be under pressure from either Hunt or Walker.

Tough ask for Walker to bring him into a losing side. He’s still consolidating his game in first grade.

Munster also isn’t a controlling half so he couldn’t take a back seat. The only way I can see them doing it is if they played Hunt at 9 for 80, which isn’t ideal.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see a Munster/Clifford combo

who do we think the next hooker is for blues after cook and api? Thinking it will be one of the Brailey brothers

Not sure if they’ve held some back or all on sale but not many seats left for perth after day one of sales. Ticket prices are $100-350. Is that what they charge over east?

Walker not ready. It'll be DCE provided he's fit. Hunt on the bench.

They'd be doing what they always do: release tickets in chunks. Sell out one lot, then open up the next lot, ect.

I got the cheap seats (well if you can call $100 cheap!) in the gods this time. Last time I paid $280 a seat and we got soaked and ended up watching most of the game stood under the concourse! Might not see much but should at least be dry this time lol.
Ast time, I was sat 2nd row from the very top at about the 30m line. Bone dry the whole time, cheaper seats, and great view of the whole game. Winning!

NSW flogging Qld was even better though..!

Origin series set to be run amid a backdrop of a legal battle between nswrl and arlc. Courts may be needed to adjudicate on who “owns” the NSW side!

The matter would likely be expected to extend well beyond the start of the Origin series in June.
If that is the case, the courts would likely determine who has control of the team, including the coach, selectors and organisation of the camp.
If it was not to sit with the NSWRL, V'landys said a sub-committee of NRL clubs would likely take charge of team management with the game itself already run by the ARLC.
But he stressed that current key staff, including coach Brad Fittler, would still be welcome to be in place.
