Problem with Randall is 95% of the time he takes that half step out of dummy half and then takes another half a second to decide what he's going to do, you can get away with that in park footy but not at this level

It's like he thinks the game will be in the balance and that player will be the difference between winning and losing.

Instead we're usually down by 13+ and he asks the player to have fun in the final minutes when the rest of the team is deflated and gave up long ago.

AOB needs some courses on sports psychology, amongst many other things.
