Jazz Tevaga looked like he'd put on some weight (probably in case a prop goes down)

He works quite well in a team playing like this, with our core forwards doing the bulk of the work (finally we get this) for then the more mobile Tevaga to steal quick metres and burn through tackles when the opposition tires.

In the context of this fine win it was obvious here that Johnson was just playing possum.
It's about the distance and position he puts them in, in the first half they not quite the right option, needed more height. In the second half with the lead and not as far out they were perfect.

Still, a veteran should be doing these things well the whole game, right?

aint watched a lot of warriors games for couple of years, but that must be one of the better ones for half a decade?
It seemed a lot smarter than usual, but still some dumb offloads at our end when not needed, luckly Cows so tired from defence they made plenty of mistakes.

Yep looks like Webster has a definite plan to use Jazz and Walker as forward supersubs in that sort of role. There’s definitely also more of a strategy of moving our forwards around with short passes which suits Jazz and our relatively small mobile pack as a whole.

I’m really hoping that second half was evidence of him finding his range because it really looked like they were playing to a plan and executing it perfectly.
