I'd go an extra year on top at the right price. With a 2nd year option in the clubs favour. 2nd row projects are Ivan's bread and butter, if anyone can get him playing somewhere near potential Ivan is the Man.

Every year he seems to play clubs off each other. Then he ends up staying at the Tits. He used Canberra in 2023?

Now he is sooking because he can't play on the left edge.
He is lazy and his attitude stinks. I don't want that around my club.

Fifita's price tag is hefty. Even for just half a season and even with the Titans chipping in we'd probably have to release a player. He is also under contract for 2026 so we'd need to sort this out with another club involved to get him off the books. Tricky work for everyone involved. What are the Titans getting out of it?

We should try the Broncos tactic from last year that they tried with Ben Hunt. Sign Fifita as late as possible in the season to drive down the price we need to pay.

I'd put it at 1000 to 1. Fifita and his management hoodwinked the Roosters and we got the same treatment last year unfortunately. Not sure how the mood is down at Panthers with Fifita's management but I doubt its good.

That's my thoughts. We didn't get much out of him time wise, but it was still arguably the best footy of his career. It would have been interesting to see if it was sustainable for a longer stint.
