The Warriors were in administration when DA took over at end of 2000 and an absolute rabble.
Never made finals
Downplaying the role he had in that joint is a weak argument.
He helped that club grow into what it is with a GF appearance from the doldrums in two years.
Preceding 3 years before Daniel Anderson

The 3 year rolling win average before DA was 9 wins between 1998-2000
Then once DA arrived at the Warriors was 16 wins between 2001-2003
Beaten by superior stats, @Poupou Escobar.
You’re slipping, buddy.
Don't get why if Anderson gets that considerations. Why doesn't BA?
Anderson was working with a much better base than what BA had. Look at squads (another post). But it's also reflected in their win rate, previous 3 year (before DA) which is much better then eels.
Eels were in rabble when BA took over. They had won the spoon the last 2 years. While 2014 to 2018, had multiple management issues.
The previous 3 years before BA got here, the rolling average was 5.66 wins. Then next 4 years it was 12.5 wins. It was enough wins for the finals 3 of the 4 years (unfortunately f/a was poor in 2014 and 2016 salary cap). That's a more than doubling of our win rate (better the DA?)
In 2016, we were placed in administration until 2018. We had a poor season in 2018 (but as per your post being placed in administration is a factor in performance).
Then the next 4 years was an improvement, after we finally appointed a "professional board" with out year to year elections.
The 4 year rolling average was 15 wins. Pretty much what you judged DA as being successful and a sign on a good coach, additionally BA maintained it for 4 years. DA only for 1 year (only 1 top 6 finish).
I get BA needed to go after 11 years (get on the Ryles train), but to claim Anderson was successful but BA wasn't (only 3 years from 11, he didn't win enough games for a top 8 spot, and 2 of those 3 outside his control) isn't really reflected by the stats and/or your comparison with Anderson.
